Spa and wellness are synonymous to Stephany. Separating the two has never felt like an option, and a goal to combine both with yoga and meditation, pursuit and preparation of delicious, healthy foods, and enjoyment of nature remains paramount for her. Actually achieving balance would be ideal; seeking and facilitating it wherever possible have become a lifestyle.
A public relations and marketing professional, wife for 2 decades and counting, and mother of two, Stephany believes that living life to its fullest means working hard and playing equally hard. Doing all of this with style and enthusiasm are simply side benefits.
Kathleen Gardenswartz
Kathleen has been writing and working with the wonderful staff at SpaBoom since 2007. She brings over 15 years of marketing and advertising experience from the consumer products and sports industries. Her writing for Joy of Spa brings insight, quirkiness and a passion for spa and helping women achieve their health and wellness goals.
In her free time anyone looking will find her training under the beautiful skies of New Mexico for the latest triathlon or trying out the latest exercise phenomenon. She is a happily married mom with two active children.
Janell Loving
Janell's love of all things spa exploded during her tenure as marketing director at one of New Mexico's finest day spas. That love, combined with her passion for the earth and the desire to be environmentally responsible create the basic tenets through which she balances her life.
When she isn't dreaming of her next spa destination, she can be found gardening or hiking in the foothills. Janell lives in Albuquerque NM with a cat that thinks she's a dog, and a beagle that snores loudly.
